1. General

These terms of service (hereinafter "terms") govern the use of the workforce management service provided by Dawnode Oy (hereinafter "Dawnode", "we", or "the service"). By registering for or using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Service Description

Dawnode is a workforce management service that provides tools for shift planning, time tracking, payroll, invoicing, and communication. The service is available via web browser and mobile devices.

3. Registration and User Account

Using the service requires registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with third parties.

Dawnode reserves the right to remove inactive accounts based on certain conditions.

4. License and Restrictions

Dawnode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the service content without permission.

Attempt to access the service source code or technical infrastructure.

Use the service for illegal purposes or in a way that disrupts other users.

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without written permission.

5. Payments and Billing

The free tier is available with limited features. Paid services are billed according to the agreed pricing model. Dawnode reserves the right to change prices by providing at least 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the service. Dawnode processes your data in accordance with the privacy policy and solely for providing the service.

Dawnode owns the service, its technology, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

7. Service Availability

Dawnode strives to provide the service without interruption but does not guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary outages. We will notify you of planned outages in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Dawnode is not liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Data loss resulting from user actions.

The operation or availability of third-party services.

Dawnode's total liability is limited to the service fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

Dawnode reserves the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. Dawnode may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. After account termination, your data is handled in accordance with the privacy policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved primarily through negotiation and secondarily in the Helsinki District Court.
